What is the brew perfect subscription service, and what’s included?

We offer a specially curated coffee subscription box service which allows you to choose from Baristas Choice, Fruity & Complex and Bold & Rich.  You can choose between 2, 3 or 4 bags and have shipments monthly or bi-monthly.

 

The Brew Perfect Coffee Subscription box will provide freshly roasted coffee carefully selected from one or more of our small batch independent local roasters and is based on the information you have kindly provided about the flavours you enjoy and are looking forward to trying.  We work with local roasters who have a deep passion for their beans, roast and product.  The highest quality beans are curated, and our roasters work with fair trade certified, rainforest alliance certified, organic farmers or direct farm trade.  

 

When do you ship out/deliver? 

We ship twice a month, on the first Wednesday or Thursday of the month and then again on the third Wednesday or Thursday of the month.  If you choose monthly your box will be delivered on the next available shipping cycle, if you’re a bi-monthly customer your boxes will be delivered on the 1st and 3rd week of the month.

 

Keep an eye out for 3 weeks between shipments, you may want to increase your order for that week.

 

How can I cancel my subscription? 

Simply update your profile to reflect your current requirements. If you have any problems whatsoever – feel free to contact us

 

Which coffees will I receive? 

You will be sent freshly roasted coffee, which will match your flavour profile and requested frequency. The coffee will be from one of our chosen Roasters and will be different each month.  We will sometimes repeat a coffee within a 6 month period this will not happen often but can from time to time.

We will be introducing new roasters throughout the calendar year so keep an eye to see who is joining the team of roasters.

 

How fresh is your coffee?

Our aim is to have your coffee reach you within days of roasting. The coffee you receive will be freshly roasted to order but remember it does need to degas and the optimum time to start grinding and enjoying your coffee is 4 to 7 days after the roast date.

 

Is shipping extra?

Our subscription service includes taxes and shipping, there’s nothing extra to pay!

 

Once I’ve placed my order, when will I receive it? 

You’ll receive your order on the next available shipping date which will be either the 1st Weds/Thurs or 3rdWeds/Thurs of the month.  We close orders for delivery week by 4pm Friday of the preceding week.  To place the order with the roasters and enable shipment to you.
